Plans and upgrades
What each tier includes, how upgrades apply, and what a refund does.
Accounts exist because something was bought. Every purchase is a one-time payment; nothing here renews.
The tiers

How an upgrade applies
Access is switched on within minutes of the purchase clearing. Credits that come with a tier arrive at once. Your billing page names your current plan — the tier of your latest purchase — with everything you hold listed beneath, and lists the upgrades you do not hold yet with where each is bought.
Locked screens
A feature you have not bought shows its page anyway, locked, naming the upgrade and linking to it. If you have just bought it and the screen is still locked, give it a few minutes.
Refunds
Refunding a purchase removes exactly what it granted. Refunding a full tier that replaced its downsell puts the downsell back. Refunding a credit pack takes its credits back. Refunding everything, the Starter included, closes the account — it exists because money moved, and when all of it has moved back, so has the reason. Support can restore an account if a refund was a mistake.
