Agency, Reseller and Whitelabel
Publishing for clients, selling accounts, and putting your own brand on the platform.
Three licences for people who do this for others. They draw their lines differently, and the lines are the point.
Agency License — do the work for clients
From the Agency desk you set a client up with an author workspace of their own. The client owns it: their own login (emailed when they are new here), their own books, their own credits. They see only their workspace — never yours, never another client's.
You hold an Admin seat in each client workspace — the work and the team, never their billing — which is what puts it in your workspace switcher. Managing a client's books is switching into their workspace; it runs on that workspace's credits.
Up to ten clients, one per email address, never your own. Stop managing removes only what setup created: your seat and the register entry. The client keeps the workspace, the books and the login.
Reseller License — sell accounts
From the Reseller register you create up to 100 sub-accounts: each a complete, independent Starter account — the Starter's credits, limits and features — for a customer of yours, at whatever price you charge. Their login is emailed to them before you have closed the tab.
A sub-account is a new account, full stop: an address that already has an account here cannot become one. You hold no seat in it and cannot read its books; what you hold is the register and the power to revoke, which signs the customer out and frees the slot.
Whitelabel License — under your own name
Everything in Reseller, plus your brand. In Settings → Workspace → Your brand set your name, your logo (light and dark), and a support address. From then on every screen you and your sub-accounts see, and every email they receive — welcome, password reset, alerts, reports — carries your name and logo instead of ours. The extension your customers download carries your name too.
Your own web address is set up by support once your brand is saved; until then the sign-in page on the shared address shows the house brand.
